How long does it take to process my order?
Order processing times are dependent on the availability and demand for the product. Typically we process orders within 4-5 business days. In most cases, we process your order much quicker.

How long does it take to deliver the product?
We make every effort to deliver the product as quickly as possible. We clearly state the estimated delivery times for the product in each product page. Please review the product page for shipping times before you order.

Please also note that once the product is handed over to the logistics / shipping company, it's the logistics company's responsibility to deliver the products to you. We will not be responsible for delays due to things outside of our control, such as your location, postal delays, strikes, extreme weather, public holidays, health crisis, etc.

How will COVID-19 crisis affect my purchase?
We take every reasonable steps to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. However, the restrictions / measures for the crisis differs between countries and may impact the time it takes to process your order or postal delays causing extended shipping time. We ask for your patience and be rest assured that your order will be delivered.

Can I track my orders online?
Yes, please go to our Track My Order page and enter your tracking number to see latest shipping status

I ordered more than one item but only received one?
We send products that are available first to minimize delays in fulfilling your orders. This may also happen when you order two or more of the same products. We will send separate shipping tracking details for each items that's sent individually. However, please be rest assured that all your items will be delivered. 

Do you offer moneyback guarantee?
Yes, we offer 30 days moneyback guarantee for all products in our store. The 30 days starts from the day you receive the product. If you want to make a claim, please contact us via email with your order number.

Can I change my mind once I receive the product?
Unfortunately, change of mind is not accepted as a valid reason for return, exchange or refunds. If you want to cancel or order a different variant of the product, you should let us know by email before the product is shipped out of our warehouse.

Where & how do I return my product for refund?
Before you return the product, you should contact us and provide evidence of your purchase and photos of the product(s). A change of mind will not be accepted as a reason for returns. Once agreed, you'll have to return the product to the warehouse that we used to send you the product. We have warehouses in USA, Spain, Australia &  China. Note, you'll be responsible for shipping costs & to provide tracking details. We'll process your refund once the product is received, checked and credited to our stock.
