I didn't get an order confirmation or shipment notification?
It is highly unlikely that you haven't received an order confirmation from us. We send order confirmation email immediately upon purchase. Please check your spam folder, if haven't received it. However, if you think you have provided an incorrect email ID at the time of purchase, please send us the correct email ID and we'll happily resend the order confirmation.
Shipment notification is sent once the order has left our warehouse, typically within 4-5 business days from your purchase date. If you haven't received a shipment notification by this time, please contact us after checking your spam folder.
